Weekend

I’m a busy, busy person today. First the bank, then to get my head shorn, then to paint sets for a local middle school’s upcoming play. Then all sorts of boring things, like laundry and bills, then running, then I get to change the DVD-RW in my laptop. It’s scary — I have to replace a rather necessary, currently non-functional internal organ, but I may kill the patient in the process. Basically, I’m betting $100 in shop fees that I won’t kill my laptop, which I could replace with an identical used machine for around $450. (Though I’d likely spring for the new MacBook.)

I’m still working on the WordPress theme. I got the colors the way I want them. Now I need to figure out why my header images aren’t showing up, then how to insert fun toys into that sidebar there on the right.
